Taste of the Snowies Festival Beverage Vendor Site sites are pre-allocated and can be purchased below. The pre-approved site must be added to your cart to lock in your site for the event.

Important Information:

• All staff need to hold and carry an RSA.
• Sites are permitted to be used for retailing (trading), brand awareness and customer communication.
• There is no direct vehicle access to the tent site locations after 11am and before 5pm. The vehicles access in these times is loading/unloading purposes only and then the vehicle must be moved to a designated carpark.
• Marketing material including flags, pull up banners, pamphlets etc. are permitted.
• Branded gazebos/tents are permitted.
• All tent sites must be secured.
• Branded gazebos/tents are permitted.
• Bump in: 7:00am – 11am Saturday March 2nd 2024.
• Bump Out: 5pm – 6pm Saturday March 2nd 2024.
• NOTE: Any garbage or rubbish left within or around the designated tent sites will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

• Unauthorized purchases will not be issued with a refund.
